At PRIMALX, we take pride in delivering premium gym and streetwear crafted for performance and durability. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received an incorrect product or incorrect size than what was ordered

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to hygiene, safety, and made-to-order production standards, we do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer

  • Change of mind or no longer needed

  • Color or design variation due to screen resolution or lighting

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery

All PRIMALX products are produced on a made-to-order basis, therefore returns for non-defective items are strictly not accepted.


EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges are not available

  • Customers are advised to review the size chart carefully before placing an order


REFUNDS

  • Refunds are issued only for approved returns

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment

  • Refund processing time is 5–10 business days after approval


RETURN PROCESS

To request a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Email us at support@primalxofficial.com

  2. Mention your Order ID

  3. Attach clear photos or videos showing the issue

  4. Provide a brief description of the problem

Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.


SHIPPING COSTS

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • If a return is approved, PRIMALX will arrange return shipping


IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Any return request that does not meet the above conditions will be rejected

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

  • PRIMALX reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving refunds

  • This policy is subject to change without prior notice
