ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

You received a damaged or defective product

You received an incorrect product or incorrect size than what was ordered
To be eligible for a return:

The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to hygiene, safety, and made-to-order production standards, we do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

Incorrect size ordered by the customer

Change of mind or no longer needed

Color or design variation due to screen resolution or lighting

Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery
All PRIMALX products are produced on a made-to-order basis, therefore returns for non-defective items are strictly not accepted.
EXCHANGES

Exchanges are not available

Customers are advised to review the size chart carefully before placing an order
REFUNDS

Refunds are issued only for approved returns

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment

Refund processing time is 5–10 business days after approval

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

If a return is approved, PRIMALX will arrange return shipping
